Describe what happened

Write in your own words and include:

• The email address on the Atlas account
• The research task you were working on
• The actions that led to the problem
• What happened and what you expected
• The exact error and approximate time
• The browser or device
• A screenshot, when it helps show the problem

For feedback, describe your use case and what would make Atlas work better for it.

Keep account secrets out of the message

Never send a password, authentication code, access token, private key, or full payment-card number. Include private source content only when it is necessary to explain the problem and you are comfortable sending it by email.
