Get help and contact support
Use Atlas Support when a documented recovery step does not resolve the problem, or when account-specific investigation is required.
What this page covers
Link to /support. explain what evidence to provide, what not to share, expected ownership boundaries, and when feature troubleshooting should escalate.
Contact support
Open the support page and use the available contact method. Include your account email, project name, affected item name, approximate time, browser or client, the action you took, and the exact visible error. State whether the problem is repeatable.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, private keys, or more source content than support needs.
Choose the right help path
Use feature troubleshooting first for processing, chat, citation, map, and browser symptoms. Use support for unresolved failures, billing synchronization, account access, privacy requests, or accessibility blockers. Public documentation cannot inspect your live account, subscription, quota, or private project.
