Find research in a project

Atlas search opens sources, notes, and chats from the current project. Search uses item names, so begin with words from the title you remember.

Search by item name

1. Select Search in the left sidebar. You can also press Command-K on macOS or Control-K on Windows and Linux.
2. Enter part of the source, note, or chat name in Search commands and items.
3. Select a result to open it.

What search includes

The command palette groups matching project items under Notes, Sources, and Chats. It also lists actions such as New Note, New Chat, Add File, and Add Website.

Search does not search the full text inside a source, note, or chat. Use a distinctive part of the item's name.

If no item matches

Atlas shows No results found. Remove some words or try another part of the item name.

If the item belongs to another project, open that project and search again. If you know its folder, you can also open the folder directly from the left sidebar.
