Add a website
Paste a web page URL into Add a URL. Atlas retrieves readable text from the page and adds that text to the current project.
Add a public website to a project
- Open the project where you want the page.
- Select Add a source.
- Find Add a URL.
- Paste the page URL.
- Press Enter or select the arrow button.
- Open the source after Atlas adds it.
Check that the source contains the article text you expected. A title or preview alone does not mean Atlas retrieved the full page.
Use a public article URL
Atlas accepts http and https URLs that it can reach on the public internet. It rejects malformed URLs, URLs with embedded credentials, and private or local network addresses.
Use the URL of the page that contains the text you want. A home page, search page, sign-in page, account page, or consent screen may not expose that text to Atlas.
Recover from an empty or inaccessible website

| The URL is rejected | Check that it begins with http:// or https:// and points to a public web address. |
If the captured text is incomplete, add a version that exposes the missing text or upload the material as a supported file.
