Sign in and manage account access

On the web, Atlas supports email-and-password sign-in and Google sign-in. A supported native Atlas app can also show Continue with Apple. Use the same method and account you used when you created your Atlas workspace.

Sign in to Atlas

Email and password

1. Enter your Email and Password.
2. Select Log in.

Google

1. Select Continue with Google.
2. Choose the Google account connected to Atlas.
3. Complete the Google sign-in flow.

If Atlas opens a different account, log out and sign in again with the email address or Google account that contains your projects.

Reset an email-password account

1. On the login page, select Forgot password?.
2. Enter the account email.
3. Select Send reset email.
4. Open the newest Atlas recovery email and follow its link.
5. Set a new password, then return to Atlas and sign in.

Atlas shows Check Your Email after it accepts the request. If the email does not arrive, check the email address and spam folder before requesting another link.

Google accounts use Google's account-recovery flow instead of the Atlas password-reset form.

Log out of this device

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. Under Sessions, select Log out.

This action logs Atlas out on the current device.

If Atlas keeps returning to the login page

Confirm that the browser allows cookies and local storage for atlasworkspace.ai. Reload the login page and try again in the same browser. For more browser checks, see Troubleshoot mobile and browser issues.
