Sign in and reset your password

Use the sign-in flow to access the Atlas account that contains your projects. Use recovery when you cannot access the account normally.

Sign in

  1. Open Atlas.
  2. Choose Log in.
  3. Select the sign-in method connected to your account.
  4. Complete the provider or email flow.
  5. Confirm that the expected projects appear.

If the project list looks wrong, you may be signed into a different account.

Reset access

If email recovery or password reset is available:

  1. Request a new recovery link.
  2. Open the latest email from Atlas.
  3. Use the link promptly.
  4. Return to Atlas in the same browser.
  5. Confirm the account and projects.

Recovery links can expire. If a link fails, request a fresh one rather than reusing the old email.
