Sign in and reset your password
Use the sign-in flow to access the Atlas account that contains your projects. Use recovery when you cannot access the account normally.
Sign in
- Open Atlas.
- Choose Log in.
- Select the sign-in method connected to your account.
- Complete the provider or email flow.
- Confirm that the expected projects appear.
If the project list looks wrong, you may be signed into a different account.
Reset access
If email recovery or password reset is available:
- Request a new recovery link.
- Open the latest email from Atlas.
- Use the link promptly.
- Return to Atlas in the same browser.
- Confirm the account and projects.
Recovery links can expire. If a link fails, request a fresh one rather than reusing the old email.
Troubleshooting

| Wrong account opens | Sign out and use the original provider or email |
