Sign in and reset your password

Use the sign-in flow to access the Atlas account that contains your projects. Use recovery when you cannot access the account normally.

If the project list looks wrong, you may be signed into a different account.

Reset access

If email recovery or password reset is available:

Recovery links can expire. If a link fails, request a fresh one rather than reusing the old email.

Problem	What to do
Email does not arrive	Check spam, promotions, and the exact email address
Wrong account opens	Sign out and use the original provider or email
Link expired	Request a fresh recovery email
Login loop	Try a clean browser session or clear site data
